*(Selected candidate will be required to live within 60 mins of one of the following metro locations OR be willing to relocate to within 12 months of hire date: Louisville KY, NYC Metro, Dallas Metro, Charlotte NC Metro, Tampa, Miami, Washington DC metro, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville)We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Senior Technology & CyberSecurity Compliance Professional to support critical compliance and governance activities across in-scope applications and access-related controls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of risk, audit, data, technology and process improvement and wants to make a meaningful impact on control effectiveness and organizational accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation of compliance controls during the onboarding of applications to access management
As Compliance Manager, coordinates, creates and updates control procedure narratives in support of our required regulatory and compliance frameworks
Coordinate quarterly control self-assessments
Coordinate with teams to ensure application-specific control issues are identified, tracked, and addressed appropriately
Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance objectives, issue resolution, and process improvement efforts
Lead and manage the special projects as needed, including communicating with stakeholders and validate project completion

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in a corporate setting applying strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
- 3+ years experience in audit, compliance, controls, or process management
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and their practical application
- Experience working with internal controls, including understanding why controls are needed, how they operate, and how they are developed
- 2+ years Project management experience on deliverables, issues, and commitments
- Confidence and professionalism in communicating compliance expectations and driving accountability across stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Access, SQL, and intermediate Excel functions including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint identity management application, PowerBI and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with access-related controls
- Familiarity with user access reviews, access governance, or related cybersecurity compliance processes
- Experience supporting cross-functional compliance or audit initiatives within a technology environment
Remote/WAH requirements:
- WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
- Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
- A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
