Job Overview

The Vendor Compliance Lead for Patient Support Services (PASS) is responsible for ensuring all vendors supporting the commercial Patient Access & Support Services business operate in full compliance with IQVIA standards, client contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

This role also serves as a key business liaison for vendor onboarding, risk management, and procurement processes, including MyVendor and COUPA, ensuring effective governance and operational excellence across the vendor ecosystem.

Essential Functions

  • Vendor Governance & Risk Management

    • Serve as the lead requestor and subject matter expert (SME) for vendor risk within PASS, supporting MyVendor and COUPA processes.
    • Ensure appropriate due diligence, risk assessments, and approvals for onboarding new vendors.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Act as the primary business liaison between PASS and the Enterprise QA Vendor Management team.
    • Partner with Procurement, QA, and functional teams to support vendor-related initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Vendor Oversight & Compliance

    • Maintain and manage a comprehensive catalog of approved PASS vendors.
    • Oversee vendor performance and audit activities to ensure ongoing compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Contract & Documentation Management

    • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all vendors, including CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and project agreements.
    • Monitor contract compliance and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
  • Procurement & Financial Compliance

    • Ensure accurate and timely management of purchase orders (POs) in COUPA to support proper vendor payments and financial controls.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement

    • Support QA initiatives, audits, and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing vendor quality and operational efficiency.
    • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technical, or related industry, and/or Quality Assurance.
    • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise

    • Strong knowledge of vendor management processes and procurement workflows.
    • Familiarity with quality assurance auditing techniques and compliance frameworks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and database systems.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $54,200.00 - $135,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
