Possession of an LL.M., if related Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting multi-media environmental compliance inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Managing and evaluating compliance programs across multiple disciplines, including Hazardous Materials Management, Hazardous Waste Management, and Air and Water Quality Management.
