ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Manager, Governance, Product and Risk Oversight (GoPRO) is a leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of fiduciary governance, fiduciary risk management support, and administrative activities across Wealth & Asset Management (W&AM). This role operationalizes governance routines, reporting, and oversight processes and could manage people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.
Fiduciary Governance Execution: Execute fiduciary governance routines, oversight processes, and administrative controls across WAM.
Audit & Review Coordination: Coordinate fiduciary‑related audits, reviews, and issue remediation tracking.
Governance Reporting & Analytics: Oversee fiduciary governance reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
Product Administration Oversight: Lead administrative execution supporting fiduciary product oversight.
Process Improvement: Drive enhancements to governance and administrative processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required
8–10+ years of experience in investments, operations, governance, or fiduciary‑related functions
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualified candidates will possess an advanced degree of proficiency (typically from 8-10 years of work or practical experience), in:
Operational Leadership: Leads complex execution and administrative activities.
Fiduciary Risk Execution: Translates fiduciary expectations into effective controls and reporting.
Project Management: Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partners effectively across business and risk functions.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
