As the Risk & Compliance Learning Strategy Senior Manager, you’ll shape how employees across the organization understand and apply risk, compliance, ethics, and sustainability requirements in their everyday work. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and delivery of engaging learning programs that reduce risk, strengthen ethical decision-making, and drive meaningful behavior change. A successful candidate brings a blend of learning strategy expertise, strong cross-functional partnership skills, and the ability to turn complex regulations into clear, actionable experiences. What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead the enterprise risk and compliance learning strategy aligned to business, regulatory, and culture priorities.
- Design and deliver scalable learning and awareness programs for enterprise-wide, targeted-risk, and global audiences.
- Translate complex legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into clear, practical learning experiences.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create integrated training, communications, and awareness campaigns.
- Apply learning, communications, and change management best practices to drive adoption, retention, and behavior change.
- Measure program effectiveness, assess risk reduction, and continuously improve learning solutions and awareness strategies.
- Monitor emerging risks and industry trends while supporting audit, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in learning strategy, compliance training, risk awareness, communications, change management, or cross-functional team management
- 5 or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, including stakeholder alignment, prioritization, project planning and measurement.
- Strong ability to translate complex risk, compliance, legal, technical or policy topics into simple, engaging and action-oriented employee experiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Strong data analytics, measurement and storytelling skills, including the ability to connect learning outcomes to risk reduction and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, solve problems and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to modernizing learning experiences and improving organizational outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field (business, cybersecurity, legal, communications, education, marketing)
- Experience applying AI tools to improve learning strategy, content development, personalization, learner insights, measurement or operational efficiency.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in learning, compliance, risk management, change management, communications, legal, business or a related field.
- Experience developing or leading learning strategies for risk and compliance programs.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, standards and regulatory expectations.
- Experience using learning technology, data and analytics, audit findings or risk indicators to personalize learning, identify knowledge gaps and improve program effectiveness.
