As a Senior International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Conducts Antidumping and Countervailing (AD/CVD) proceedings, including conducting analysis and research to support determinations.
- Leads efforts to maintain consistency and management of data submitted by interested parties, and programs using SAS-based margin calculation systems.
- Enforces U.S. Trade Laws through the development and implementation of AD/CVD proceeding results.
- Provides leadership, training, advice, and assistance to junior analysts; briefs managers and senior decision makers on any issues with assigned cases.
- Formulates recommendations for resolving issues that may include highly complex issues, and prepares technical AD/CVD-related written and oral presentations.

To qualify at the GS-14 level you must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:

- Experience conducting Antidumping and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) casework;
- Experience interpreting and applying U.S. AD/CVD duty laws, precedents, policies, regulations, and international trade agreements;
- Experience performing research and analysis;
- Experience making recommendations and briefing decision makers on case-related issues; and
- Experience in the calculation of dumping margins or subsidy rates using SAS software or Excel, and the preparation of all documents necessary to complete statutory determinations.
