Join the 529 & Workplace Operations team and play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Workplace segment while ensuring operational excellence for retirement accounts and vendor-supported processes. We are seeking a Vendor Risk Analyst who brings retirement account experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex problems. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of Workplace accounts while providing oversight of external vendor performance, helping drive scalability, risk mitigation, and exceptional client outcomes.Position Schedule

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting retirement accounts such as ERISA or non-ERISA plans, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, and address service-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively in a changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Experience evaluating and mitigating risk related to vendors and internal processes
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and operational reporting is preferred.
- Ability to analyze, research, and make decisions on non-routine issues independently with minimal guidance.
