What You´ll Do:

Enterprise Risk Management Execution

  • Lead components of the Enterprise Risk Management program, including enterprise and functional risk assessments and periodic refresh cycles
  • Apply ERM frameworks, policies, and methodologies consistently across assigned risk areas
  • Maintain and enhance ERM procedures, guidance materials, and supporting documentation

Risk Identification, Assessment & Monitoring

  • Facilitate structured risk discussions with business and functional leaders to identify key risks, drivers, and potential impacts
  • Analyze strategic, operational, and emerging risks, including those related to digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Own tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions, ensuring accountability and timely updates from risk owners
  • Define and refine key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics that provide meaningful insight into risk exposure
  • Identify trends and leading indicators to support proactive risk management and early risk detection

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare clear, concise, management-ready risk summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Translate risk insights into actionable recommendations to support risk-informed decision-making
  • Participate in and facilitate risk discussions with stakeholders, including challenging assumptions and surfacing potential blind spots
  • Support ERM leadership in synthesizing cross-risk themes and insights—including technology and AI-related risks—for executive-level reporting

Program Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to ERM initiatives aimed at improving the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of risk processes and reporting
  • Support enhancements to ERM tools, workflows, and dashboards, including the use of data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate
  • Develop and deliver training materials to promote risk awareness and understanding across the organization
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to risk governance, operational resilience, and business transformation
  • Manage and execute special projects, as needed

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in enterprise risk management, strategy, business, finance, information systems, or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work In US without requiring sponsorship now nor in the future.
  • Relevant professional certification (CRMA, COSO, CRISC, CPA, etc.) required or to be obtained within one year of hire
  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, strategy, or a related discipline
  • Big 4 experience required
  • Experience in a large, global organization, particularly within technology, IT services, or professional services, is a plus
  • Hands-on experience leading risk assessments and preparing management-level risk documentation and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical insights
  • Ability to facilitate structured discussions and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with a focus on clarity and business relevance
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and apply sound business judgment in balancing risk and operational priorities
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong experience with creating concise, visually appealing, and impactful reporting for executive leadership and the Board; strong awareness of audience
  • Knowledge of AI tools and various LLMs; advanced experience prompting and developing agents to increase efficiency preferred  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; advanced PowerPoint; experience with GRC, risk platforms and Power BI preferred

  • If you are within 25 miles of a DXC office, you´ll be expected to work hybrid mode twice a week

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100.
